EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. Right to Repent

✔ You have 7 calendar days (from receipt of the product) to request a return or exchange without the need for justification, in accordance with the CDC (Art. 49).

2. Conditions for Exchange/Return

✅ Product in perfect condition:

  • It must be in its original packaging, without damage or signs of use.

  • Accessories must be included.

❌ We do not accept:

  • Personalized items (e.g., custom prints).

3. How to Apply

  1. Go to "My Account" > "My Orders" on the website or contact us by:

  2. Please provide: order number, reason for exchange/return and photos of the product (if necessary).

4. Costs

🔄 Exchange for another product:

  • Free shipping (if there is a difference in value, the customer pays or receives credit).

💸 Return by refund:

  • Full amount via the same payment method (within 5 business days after receiving the product).

  • Return shipping: Paid by the store (if the product is defective or there is an error in the order).

5. Deadlines

⏳ Processing: Up to 3 business days after we receive the product.
📦 Shipping of the new item: Up to 5 business days (for exchanges).

6. Defective Products

🔧 If the item has manufacturing problems within the legal warranty (90 days):

  • We offer immediate repair, exchange or refund.

  • We cover all shipping costs.
