1. Available Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Brazilian Postal Service (PAC/Sedex): Delivery across the entire national territory with tracking.

  • Partner Courier Services: Fast delivery to major urban centers.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing: All orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • State Capitals and Metropolitan Areas: 3-7 business days

    • Interior and Other Regions: 7-15 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (check availability)

(Timeframes may vary during promotional periods or holidays)

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: For purchases over R$500.00 anywhere in Brazil.

  • Shipping Calculation: Rates are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number, which is sent via email/SMS as soon as the product is dispatched.

5. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across the entire national territory, including:

    • All state capitals and interior cities

    • Remote areas (with special timeframes)

(Some hard-to-reach areas may have restrictions - please check during purchase)

6. Recipient Absence

  • If you are not at the delivery location:

    • 1st Attempt: The courier will leave a notice of visit.

    • 2nd Attempt: Will be carried out within 48 hours.

    • After 3 Attempts: The product will be returned to our distribution center.

(In this case, we will contact you to reschedule or issue a refund)

7. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
